Ongoing Maintenance Services

  • Regular Maintenance: Scheduled cleaning, water changes, and system optimization
  • Water Quality Management: Testing, balancing, and maintaining optimal water parameters
  • Equipment Servicing: Maintenance, repair, and replacement of aquarium equipment

3. User Responsibilities

As a customer of Allinoneshopper services, you agree to fulfill certain responsibilities to ensure the success of your aquarium project and maintain a positive working relationship:

Pre-Installation Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your space, requirements, and preferences
  • Ensure adequate electrical supply and water access at the installation location
  • Obtain necessary permits or approvals from landlords, homeowners associations, or local authorities
  • Prepare the installation area according to our specifications and guidelines
  • Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the installation location

Ongoing Care and Maintenance Responsibilities

  • Follow all care instructions and feeding schedules provided by our team
  • Notify us immediately of any equipment malfunctions, fish health issues, or unusual conditions
  • Maintain consistent environmental conditions (temperature, humidity) in the aquarium area
  • Avoid unauthorized modifications to the aquarium system or equipment
  • Allow scheduled access for maintenance visits and emergency service calls
  • Keep pets and children away from aquarium equipment and chemicals

Financial Responsibilities

  • Make timely payments according to agreed payment schedules
  • Notify us promptly of any billing disputes or payment issues
  • Maintain adequate insurance coverage for your property and aquarium system
  • Accept responsibility for damages caused by negligence or misuse

Aquarium systems involve electrical equipment and water. Always ensure electrical safety, never attempt repairs yourself, and immediately contact us if you notice any electrical issues, leaks, or equipment malfunctions.

4. Payment Terms and Conditions

All financial transactions are governed by the following payment terms. By engaging our services, you agree to these payment conditions:

Payment Schedule and Methods

  • Initial Consultation: Free initial consultation for projects over $5,000; $150 fee for smaller projects (credited toward final invoice)
  • Design Deposit: 25% deposit required upon acceptance of design proposal
  • Installation Payment: 50% due upon commencement of installation work
  • Final Payment: 25% due upon project completion and customer acceptance
  • Maintenance Services: Monthly, quarterly, or annual billing cycles available

  • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

Late Payments and Collections

  • Water Quality: Guarantee of optimal water parameters within 48 hours of service
  • Professional Standards: All work performed by certified and trained technicians

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

  • Warranties void if system is modified by unauthorized personnel
  • Natural disasters, power outages, and acts of God not covered

Customer Property Protection

  • Comprehensive general liability insurance carried for customer property protection
  • Immediate notification and remediation of any accidental property damage
  • Water damage coverage through professional liability insurance

Insurance Recommendation:

We strongly recommend that customers maintain adequate homeowner's or commercial property insurance that covers water damage and aquarium-related incidents.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to our services, designs, and business operations are protected under applicable laws:

8. Termination of Services

Customer-Initiated Termination

  • Maintenance Services: 30-day written notice required for ongoing maintenance contracts
  • Active Projects: Termination during installation may result in partial payment obligations
  • Completion Guarantee: Projects terminated after 50% completion must be paid in full
  • Equipment Ownership: Customer retains ownership of all purchased equipment and installations
  • Final Invoice: All outstanding balances due within 15 days of termination notice

Company-Initiated Termination

  • Non-Payment: Services may be terminated for accounts more than 60 days overdue
  • Safety Concerns: Immediate termination if unsafe conditions prevent service delivery
  • Contract Violations: Termination for material breach of agreement terms
  • Unreasonable Demands: Right to terminate if customer requests become unreasonable or abusive
  • Notice Period: 15-day written notice provided except in cases of immediate safety concerns

Post-Termination Obligations

  • Equipment Removal: Company equipment removed within 30 days if applicable

Emergency Situations:

In cases of immediate danger to persons or property, either party may suspend services immediately without notice. Safety always takes precedence over contractual obligations.
